These handy little pads have two sections.

First up is your urgent list. This should be filled with your top priority tasks. These tasks are to be completed today and are in an eye catching pastel pink box which is clear and easy to read.

Don't forget to pace yourself and be aware of your own work levels. There is no point in overworking yourself and trying to do too much in one day. Instead, put down all the tasks you know you can do in one day and never be afraid to move your tasks around to a more manageable load. Remember, planning is everything and anything can be achieved with the right amount of time and organisation.

Following down the list is a spot specifically for all your important tasks that need completing. These however have less urgency to them and are for completion at some point during your week. The area is a lot bigger so that you can put all you upcoming but low priority tasks and help you organise your week, to help you smash your goals!

Getting that feeling of dread from

all the tasks that you need to complete?

How about adding some motivation

to your day! There is a pastel yellow

box below for anything you'd like. Why

not place a motivational quote,

a doodle, a sticker or even extra space

for more tasks or additional notes. Feel

free to add whatever you like in here!

It's the end of the day!

Congratulations, you've made it.

All that's left to do now is

tick your jobs off the list!

Hurrah, now it's time for a relax.
